What to Expect
Your lesson begins on the beach with a 30-minute land session covering ocean safety, surf etiquette, wave reading, paddling mechanics, and the pop-up technique. Practice until you feel confident.
Once in the water, your instructor wades in with you and personally assists your take-offs. Most students catch their first wave in the first session. The feeling is unforgettable.

The Indian River Lagoon is home to one of the best-studied wild dolphin populations in the world. Over 600 individual dolphins have been identified and catalogued in the lagoon, and many can be recognized by their unique fin markings and behaviors. These aren't performing dolphins at a theme park — they're wild, free, and completely on their own terms.
Our dolphin tours take you out on a comfortable pontoon boat with an experienced naturalist guide who knows many of the resident dolphins by name. You'll hear their stories, watch them feed, play, and care for their calves — an experience that changes people's relationship with the natural world.
